Everyone should drink coffee more often. Not just because the coffee is delicious and can change your mood in the morning, but also because you will get so many health benefits anytime you brew your morning coffee.
Here are some results of studies on the benefits of coffee from several leading universities in the world.
Researchers from Harvard found that people who drank a cup of coffee in one day eight percent less likely to develop diabetes than those who never drank coffee.
Another Harvard study found that people who drank more than one cup of coffee per day had a 26 percent lower chance of experiencing kidney stones than those who eat less than that in one week.
At the University of Hawaii Cancer Center, people who drank 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day had a 38 percent lower chance of developing liver cancer than those who were free coffee.
And a study from Finland found that men who drank the most coffee per day – about 27 ounces or more – had a 77 percent lower chance of experiencing depression than those who did not drink coffee at all.
