Mouth ulcers or we are familiar with canker sores can be painful and difficult for you. Cause, could be genetic, stress, malnutrition, food allergies, and even intestinal infections.
When will treat canker sores, and many people mistakenly assume these diseases due to lack of vitamin C. Rinse your mouth with salt water at least three or four times a day. Take one tablespoon of salt and mix it well in warm water. Gargle a few seconds and then Spit.
2. Apply honey
Put honey regularly on canker sores will also help.
3. Castor oil
This oil is known to relieve the heat from your body. If frequent canker sores, apply castor oil on the affected area.
4. Drink coconut water
Coconut water will cool your body and helps relieve pain caused by canker sores.
5. Avoid spicy foods and drinking juice
Choose fresh juice. Cranberry juice is believed to effectively help sprue.
