Chemicals in green tea can be a skin cancer drug. Extracts were consumed in tea form is indeed only a minimal effect, but when placed in cancer cells, the results are astounding. Cancer cells vanished!
Scientists at the University of Strathclyde and Glasgow, found that an extract known as epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is also not a bad effect to the cells and other body tissues. These chemicals create a cell with EGCG and tranferrin, a protein that naturally leads and stick to the surface of cancer cells and tumors.
The study was conducted on two types of skin cancer, ie, epidermoid carcinoma which forms scales on the surface of the skin and melanoma, which often happens to those who have moles.
As a result, 40 percent of tumors vanished, while 30 percent of tumors in carcinoma cases and 20 percent in the case of melanoma shrinking in number. Furthermore, 10 percent of melanoma tumors can be stabilized, even disappeared.
Around 10,000 Britons have recently reportedly diagnosed with skin cancer each year, according to the Macmillan Cancer Support charity. Most victims are women.
